I’M JESSICA JANNIERE
I'm Jessica Janniere, the Founder of Look Up and Beyond Inc. and a nationally recognized Adversity Expert and Certified Leadership, Speaker, Trainer & Coach.
My commitment to empowering educational leaders has led me to a national stage where our programs and initiatives are making a significant difference.
One of those stages is the South Regional Student Wellness Conference (SRSWC), hosted by the San Bernardino school district. The SRSWC, a well-attended and dynamic multi-day event, empowers educational partners, including mental health professionals, administrators, educators, school counselors, school safety staff, healthcare providers, and the community, to comprehensively address the needs of the whole child.
I am also a John Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant and Trainer- my expertise is in dissecting team dynamics and enhancing workplace culture to help create the ultimate workplace experience.
But beyond my professional titles and achievements, I am a former student of public schools in New York City. My children have also attended NYC public schools. During my formative years I faced incredible adversity at home and the education system became my sanctuary, and teachers, my guiding lights.
When life seemed uncertain, the classroom offered not just lessons in textbooks but a refuge of kindness, guidance and hope. I discovered mentors who believed in my potential, even when I struggled to see it myself. School became more than an institution; it was the catalyst for my dreams and inspired my vision for a better future as I “looked up and beyond” my circumstances.
