I'm Jessica Janniere, the Founder of Look Up and Beyond Inc., and a nationally recognized Adversity Expert, and a Certified Leadership, Speaker, Trainer & Coach.
My journey in empowering leaders has taken me to national forums where our programs and initiatives are making a significant impact. My passion for workforce development began as a teenager after attending the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) and witnessing the impact it had on my life and early career.
My partnerships with renowned organizations like NYATEP, California Workforce Association (CWA), America’s Job Center of California, and Tompkins County Youth Development Services, and nationally acclaimed curriculums, make me well-versed in transforming challenges into triumphs, ensuring organizations and individuals reach their pinnacle.
I am also a John Maxwell Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant and Trainer. My expertise lies in dissecting team dynamics and enhancing workplace culture to create the ultimate professional experience.
Beyond my professional titles, I am someone who has navigated the ups and downs of the professional world. My personal leadership experiences have taught me the value of resilience, mentorship, and the transformative power of a supportive work environment. I have seen first-hand how the workplace can become a catalyst for personal and professional growth.

Jessica is an extremely engaging presenter both in person and virtually, which can be difficult to do.
